Welcome to the Echo Ridge Co-op #1 visitors page! Here you can find information and forms related to applying to live at Echo Ridge 1. Once a prospective buyer has reached agreement with a seller (usually including an earnest money deposit), the prospective buyer should fill out the forms with an asterisk (*) next to them and submit them to Echo Ridge #1, c/o our management company, along with the required fee.
The application forms shall be mailed to Echo Ridge Co-op No. 1, c/o Aspire HOA Management, 7739 E Broadway Blvd. #352, Tucson AZ 85710. Application must include a non-refundable payment by check or money order of $150 per person made payable to Aspire HOA Management.
