Welcome to the Echo Ridge Co-op #1 visitors page!  Here you can find information and forms related to applying to live at Echo Ridge 1.  Once a prospective buyer has reached agreement with a seller (usually including an earnest money deposit), the prospective buyer should print and fill out the forms with an asterisk (*) next to them and submit them to Echo Ridge #1, c/o our management company, along with the required fee. 
The forms can either be mailed by U.S. Mail to TRT Management Services, 2525 E Broadway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85716, attn: Andrew Vizcarra, or emailed to with a cc to  The forms may also be dropped off at Tucson Realty and Trust Management Services, 2525 E. Broadway, Suite 111, Tucson, AZ 85716, between the hours of 8-12 and 1-5, Monday through Friday.  They may also be faxed to TRT at 520-321-7470. 
Application materials must be accompanied by a non-refundable check or money order made out to Tucson Realty and Trust Management Services for $150 per person.  This fee is for the 1) application ($100) and 2) background check ($50).  If there is only one prospective buyer, the total fee is $150.  If there are two prospective buyers, the total fee is $300.
